GEP App Login Guide
How to log in to your GEP App account in Pakistan, reset your password if forgotten, and keep your account secure with two-factor authentication.
GEP App Login Overview
Logging in to your GEP App account is straightforward once your account is registered. GEP App uses your Pakistani mobile number and password as your primary login credentials, secured by OTP-based two-factor authentication for withdrawal requests. If you have not yet created an account, visit our Registration Guide first.
Open GEP App on Your Device
Tap the GEP App icon on your Android home screen. The app will load to the welcome screen where you can choose between Login and Register.
Tap the Login Button
On the welcome screen, tap Login (not Register). This opens the login form where you will enter your registered credentials.
Enter Your Mobile Number
Type the Pakistani mobile number you used during registration. Make sure you enter the exact number including the correct network prefix (03xx format).
Enter Your Password
Enter the password you created during registration. If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password to reset it via OTP sent to your registered number.
Tap Login to Enter Your Account
Tap the Login button to submit your credentials. If your mobile number and password are correct, you will be taken directly to your GEP App dashboard where you can view your wallet balance, Wealth Fund earnings, and all app features.
How to Reset Your GEP Password
If you have forgotten your GEP App password, you can reset it quickly using your registered Pakistani mobile number. Here is how:
- On the GEP App login screen, tap Forgot Password or Reset Password below the login form.
- Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and tap Send OTP.
- You will receive an SMS with a verification code. Enter this code in the OTP field within 5 minutes.
- After verification, you will be prompted to create a new password. Choose a strong password that is different from your previous one.
- Confirm the new password and tap Save or Confirm. You can now log in using your new password.
If you no longer have access to the mobile number used for registration, contact GEP App’s 24/7 WhatsApp support team for account recovery assistance.
Account Security Tips
- Never share your GEP App password or login OTP with anyone, including people who claim to be GEP customer support agents.
- Use a unique password for your GEP account that you do not use for any other app or website.
- Log out of your GEP account on shared or borrowed devices after use to prevent unauthorized access.
- If you notice any suspicious activity in your account such as unauthorized withdrawals or login attempts, contact GEP support immediately and change your password.
- Keep your registered mobile number active as it is required for all OTP verifications including withdrawals and password resets.
