JazzCash and GEP App

Open GEP App and Go to Recharge
Log in to GEP App and tap the Recharge icon on the home screen to access the recharge section.
Select JazzCash as Payment Method
From the payment method options, tap JazzCash. GEP App will display a JazzCash mobile number or QR code to which you will send your recharge amount.
Enter Your Desired Recharge Amount
Type the PKR amount you want to recharge. The minimum is 500 PKR. Make a note of the exact amount as you must send exactly this much via JazzCash.
Send via JazzCash App or USSD
Open your JazzCash app and use Send Money to transfer the exact amount to the GEP-provided JazzCash number. Alternatively dial star 786 hash on your phone and follow the JazzCash send money menu. Save your transaction receipt or note the transaction ID.
Enter the JazzCash Transaction ID in GEP App
Return to GEP App and enter your JazzCash transaction reference number in the provided field. This confirms your payment and triggers the wallet credit process.
Wait for Wallet Credit Confirmation
Your GEP wallet will be credited within 1 to 5 minutes. You will receive an in-app notification confirming the recharge and your updated wallet balance will be visible immediately.
Go to Withdrawal in GEP App
From the GEP App home screen, tap the Withdrawal icon. Check that your wallet balance meets the 500 PKR minimum withdrawal threshold.
Select JazzCash as Withdrawal Method
Choose JazzCash from the withdrawal method options. Enter your JazzCash mobile number where you want to receive the funds. Double-check the number carefully.
Enter Withdrawal Amount
Enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw. This can be your full wallet balance or a partial amount, as long as it meets the 500 PKR minimum.
Verify with OTP if Required
GEP App may send an OTP to your registered mobile number for security verification. Enter the OTP within the time limit to authorize the withdrawal.
Receive Funds in Your JazzCash Wallet
Your withdrawal will be processed and PKR will arrive in your JazzCash wallet typically within 5 to 15 minutes. You will receive a JazzCash SMS confirmation of the received amount.
JazzCash Transaction Limits to Know
- JazzCash has daily sending and receiving limits that may affect large GEP App recharge or withdrawal amounts. Standard JazzCash accounts have a daily transaction limit of 25,000 PKR.
- If you need to transact more than the standard limit, consider upgrading your JazzCash account to a higher tier by visiting a Jazz franchise with your CNIC for identity verification.
- GEP App does not impose any limits on JazzCash transactions from its side. Any limits you encounter will be from JazzCash’s own account policies.
