Log In to Your GEP Account
Open GEP App on your Android device and log in using your registered Pakistani mobile number and password. If you are not registered yet, see our Registration Guide first.
Go to the Withdrawal Section
From the GEP App home screen or dashboard, tap the Withdrawal icon or navigate to the Withdrawal section. This is one of the six main feature icons visible on the GEP App home screen.
Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Type the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum is 500 PKR. Make sure your wallet balance is equal to or greater than the amount you are requesting. GEP will show your available balance on the withdrawal screen.
Select Your Payment Method
Choose your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash or Easypaisa for instant mobile wallet transfer, or Bank Transfer if you have linked your bank account. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest options for Pakistani users.
Confirm Your Mobile Number
Enter or confirm the JazzCash or Easypaisa mobile number where you want to receive your funds. Double-check this number carefully as incorrect numbers cannot be reversed once submitted.
Submit the Withdrawal Request
Tap the Confirm or Submit button. You may be asked to verify with an OTP sent to your registered number as a security measure. Enter the OTP to complete the withdrawal request.
Receive Funds in JazzCash or Easypaisa
Your withdrawal will be processed and funds sent to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account typically within 5 to 15 minutes. You will receive an SMS notification from JazzCash or Easypaisa confirming the received amount. You can also check your withdrawal status in the GEP App transaction history section.
Withdrawal Troubleshooting
- If your withdrawal is delayed beyond 30 minutes, check the transaction history in GEP App to confirm the request was submitted successfully. If the status shows Pending, wait a few more minutes as peak times can cause minor delays.
- If you entered an incorrect JazzCash or Easypaisa number, contact GEP support immediately via WhatsApp before the transaction is processed.
- If your withdrawal is rejected, check that your wallet balance meets the 500 PKR minimum and that your account is not under any security review. Contact support if the rejection reason is unclear.
- Make sure your JazzCash or Easypaisa account is active and has not exceeded its daily transaction receiving limits set by the payment provider.
