Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Global Energy Pakistan (GEP), the operator of GEP App and the website gepapp.net. By downloading, installing, registering, or using GEP App in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using GEP App and uninstall the application from your device. GEP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use GEP App and access its earning features, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GEP App is strictly not intended for users under 18 years old.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or be able to legally use Pakistani payment systems including JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your real name and Pakistani mobile number.
• You may only create one account per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or bonus systems is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be banned or previously suspended from GEP App for violations of these Terms.

GEP reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements without prior notice.

Recharge, Earning, and Withdrawal Terms

The following terms govern all financial activities on GEP App including recharging your wallet, earning through the Wealth Fund, and withdrawing your PKR earnings:

• The minimum recharge amount is 500 PKR. All recharges must be made through officially supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, or USDT.
• Wealth Fund daily return rates are as published in the app at the time of your recharge. GEP reserves the right to adjust return rates with reasonable prior notice to users.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. GEP App does not charge withdrawal fees, however your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 60 minutes under normal circumstances. Processing times may extend during peak periods, system maintenance, or for security review purposes.
• GEP App reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that trigger fraud detection systems or appear inconsistent with normal account activity.
• All transactions are final once confirmed. GEP App does not offer refunds on completed recharges except in cases of verified technical errors on our part.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their JazzCash or Easypaisa account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request. GEP is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user.

Referral and Invitation Code Program

GEP App’s referral program allows users to earn commissions by inviting others to join the platform. The following terms apply to the referral and invitation code system:

• Each user receives one unique referral code and invitation link upon account registration. Sharing this link is permitted through personal communication channels.
• Referral commissions are credited to your wallet when the users you have invited successfully register and complete their first recharge on GEP App.
• Referral commissions are earned on legitimate, independent activity by your referred users. Self-referrals, creating fake accounts, or using your own referral code is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• GEP reserves the right to investigate unusual referral patterns and to withhold or reverse commissions earned through fraudulent or manipulated activity.
• Referral commission rates are as displayed in the app at the time of the referral activity and are subject to change with notice.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GEP App and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all wallet balances:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, mobile number, or device to abuse bonus, referral, or Wealth Fund systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to manipulate film rating tasks, spin the Lucky Wheel, or perform any other platform activity.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or using GEP App to process funds from illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the GEP App platform, servers, or payment systems.
• Sharing false or misleading information about GEP App’s earning rates, guarantees, or features in public communications.
• Impersonating GEP staff, support agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Using GEP App for any purpose that violates applicable Pakistani laws and regulations.

Film Rating Tasks

GEP App includes film and television content rating tasks as part of its service data platform. By completing these tasks, you agree to the following:

• Your ratings and feedback will be used by Global Energy Pakistan’s commercial data platform and may be shared in aggregated, anonymized form with entertainment industry partners.
• You will provide honest, independent ratings based on your genuine viewing experience and will not manipulate ratings to achieve higher task rewards.
• Task rewards are subject to availability and may vary based on your account tier and the type of content being rated.
• GEP reserves the right to disqualify task completions that appear to be automated, insincere, or inconsistent with genuine user behavior.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, Global Energy Pakistan and GEP App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from system downtime or errors.

GEP App’s total liability to any user for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount recharged by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

GEP App is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control including network outages, payment provider delays, government actions, or natural disasters.

Account Suspension and Termination

GEP App reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of serious violations such as fraud or money laundering, GEP App may also forfeit all wallet balances and report the activity to relevant Pakistani authorities.

Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may appeal by contacting our customer support team via WhatsApp. GEP App will review appeals within 7 business days and communicate our decision. The decision of GEP App in all account-related matters is final.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of GEP App that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

GEP App encourages users to contact our support team to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing legal action. Most account and payment issues can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 WhatsApp support channel.
